The new recruits have been brought in to look after all customers, whether they are there to buy new or used taxis, or to service or repair their existing taxis.
To help ensure customer facing staff are always motivated to act in the customers’ best interest, staff are paid a fixed salary and are no longer incentivised by bonuses or commission.
“We have attracted a new team of professional people from all walks of life, all of whom have very strong customer service backgrounds.
“We have spent the last two weeks taking them through a tailored, comprehensive induction, ensuring that they understand the challenges ahead of us and instilling in them the importance of creating and maintaining customer relationships.”
Customers are invited to visit Brewery Road to meet the new team for themselves, Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays, 8.30am – 5pm, Wednesdays 8.30am – 9pm or on Fridays from 8.30am – 4pm.
