Charging Speeds & Costs

The time needed to charge the electric battery is dependent on the amount of charging current that is used. The more current, the quicker the charge, meaning the fastest way to recharge the battery in TX is with Direct Current (DC) from a charging station.

TX offers unrivalled flexibility when it comes to recharging, with slow (<7kW), fast (<22kW) and rapid (50kW) charging capabilities via different socket types. This gives drivers the freedom to maximise the use of the available charging infrastructure.
