These assets are central to LEVC’s identity and reputation and their use is carefully managed to ensure consistency, quality, and brand integrity across all channels and applications.

This requirement applies across all media formats, including advertising, marketing materials, digital platforms, broadcast, print, merchandise, and experiential or promotional activity.
Unauthorised use of LEVC trade marks or designs may infringe intellectual property rights and could result in legal action. LEVC reserves all rights and remedies, including seeking interim and final injunctions, delivery up or destruction of infringing materials, damages (including accounts of profits), costs, interest and any other relief available at law or in equity.
LEVC considers licensing and usage requests on a case-by-case basis. LEVC welcomes enquiries from organisations, brands, agencies, publishers, and partners seeking to use LEVC assets in a way that aligns with our brand values and commercial objectives. When assessing requests, LEVC may take into account, among other things: alignment with LEVC brand values and positioning; quality standards for product, packaging and presentation; consumer safety and regulatory compliance; sustainability and ethical sourcing practices; suitability of the proposed channels and territories; potential for consumer confusion or dilution; preservation of the distinctiveness and integrity of LEVC’s trade dress and designs; conflicts with existing partnerships or programmes; track record and financial standing of the applicant; and commercial terms that meet LEVC’s objectives.
Approvals, if granted, will be subject to a written licence agreement that sets out scope, term, territory, quality control, approvals process, artwork guidelines, reporting and audit rights, fees/royalties, and termination provisions. No use may commence until the licence is executed in writing by LEVC.
